Who are we?
The Yeovil Model Warship Association is now in it's Foruth year. We are a relatively new, small, friendly club. Our lake is situated in the grounds of the Halfway House Inn and Country Lodge. And our water varies in depth, to the deepest point of three metres. All year round, there are obstacles in our water, making it an ideal lake for model boating. Our lake is open seven days a week to current club members only. Please note that our club sailing days are every Thursday afternoon / evening and all day Sundays. Our club itself was formed in October 2004 and caters for all scale and sail model boats, although our name would suggest otherwise.
